DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, October 4\, 2026 (11:00 AM – 3:00 PM) (EDT)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDescription\nThe Needham Harvest Fair returns to Greene’s Field on Sunday\, October 4\, 2026\, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.\, bringing the community together for an afternoon of fall fun\, local flavor\, and family-friendly activities. \nThis beloved annual tradition features a wide variety of exhibitors\, including local businesses\, nonprofits\, and community organizations\, offering something for all ages to enjoy. Attendees can explore vendor booths\, connect with neighbors\, and celebrate everything that makes Needham such a vibrant place to live and work. \nEXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES \nAll booth spaces are approx. 10×10. You must bring all materials for your booth space (incl. tables\, chairs\, tents\, etc.) No access to electricity or wifi is available. \nAll prospective exhibitors must complete this online application. Booth space is limited and in high demand — completing this application does not guarantee placement. Our priority application deadline (Aug. 24) has passed. We will consider applications on a rolling basis and notify you as soon as possible if space becomes available for you to exhibit.  Priority is given to Needham-based organizations.   \nFees and eligibility:  \nNeedham-based businesses and nonprofits: Priority is given to Needham-based organizations that are members of the chamber (the overwhelming majority of the fair participants are Needham-based members)  There is no cost to participate if your organization is a member of the chamber (annual dues start at $345 for nonproifts\, $375 for forprofits).  Not yet a member? Contact membership@charlesriverchamber.com to learn more. \nIf available\, nonmember booths are $500 each (exceptions below) \nPolitical candidates or committees: Free if members\, $150 if nonmembers \nFormer Farmers Market Vendors: A limited number of spots are available for past farmers market craft and food vendors for $50/booth. \nVolunteer Community Organizations: New this year\, a limited number of complimentary booths are available (allocated by lottery from all applications received) generously underwritten by our title sponsor Fidelity Bank\, Eligibility is limited to community organizations that are based in Needham\, entirely volunteer run and dedicated to strengthening community connection and enriching the lives of Needham residents. \nOrganizations located outside Needham (space permitting): $125 nonprofit members\, $250 for profit members\, $500 nonmembers.

SUMMARY:Open Farmyard (Register)
DESCRIPTION:Open Farmyard is a free\, drop-in program which runs Wednesdays (3pm-5pm) and Sundays (9:30am-11:30am)\, June through October.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin Land’s Sake farm educators for free weekly drop-in activities\, geared for ages 2.5-7.  Programs include stories\, picking and planting in the Education Garden\, exploring the chicken coop and more.  Activities are geared for small children with caregivers\, but children of all ages are welcome. Come for one activity\, or stay for the full two hours! A schedule is posted near the parking lot at the beginning of each session\, so you know where to meet the group.
