As moms, finding time to work out can be challenging. But what if you could squeeze in a sweat session while your little ones are safely entertained? We’ve rounded up some of the best gyms and fitness classes in our area that offer childcare services, making it easier to prioritize your health without the hassle of finding a babysitter.

Longfellow Wellesley

  • Nursery Care: For children ages 3 months to 5 years. Free for family members; $10/hour for others, $6/hour for siblings. Reservations required 24 hours in advance.

  • Kidz Club: For children ages 4–10 years. Free for family members; $6/hour for others, $4/hour for siblings. No reservations needed.

Life Time: Chestnut Hill

  • Kids Academy: Provides care and activities for children ages 3 months through 11 years, allowing parents to focus on their fitness routines

Life Time: Westwood

  • Kids Academy: Provides care and activities for children ages 3 months through 11 years, allowing parents to focus on their fitness routines.

Burn Boot Camp: Needham

  • Childwatch: Complimentary childcare services available during workouts, allowing parents to focus on their fitness routines.

West Suburban YMCA: Newton

  • Preschool and Afterschool Programs: Offers preschool and afterschool programs, as well as drop-in care during fitness classes.

Charles River YMCA: Needham

  • Child Watch is included with Family Membership. Drop in for kids up to age 9 during class times with fixed hours.

JCC Greater Boston: Newton

  • Childcare Services: Offers childcare services during group fitness classes and other programs. Specific details can be obtained by contacting the JCC directly.
